- Make sure that the unit is on a level surface. If the surface is unlevel the water
level senser will not perform as designed and the unit will allow to much water into the base.
- Make sure there is no crack in the tank, look from inside,
if there is even a hairline crack the vacumm inside of the tank will be compromised. The cap release gasket will not perform as designed and allow to much
water into the base.
- Where are you filling the tank with water? The unit needs to be filled with water from underneath the water tank.
- The first thing that you have to determine is where the leak is coming from. Most of the time it is a result of a damaged tank
or a cap that releases too much water in the base.
