Motor making loud roaring sound.

  • Check the rubber coupling. Make sure that the nipple of the coupling is pushed all the way securly into the gear box. Replace the motor and turn on the unit. If the noise continues.

  • Remove the gear replace the motor and turn on the unit for about 15 min to see if the noise still exists.

  • If noise stops, then the gear and coupling need to be replaced.( insert gear part link)

  • If the noise persists, then the motor probably needs to be replaced. ( Insert motor part link).
